Q:   How do I access a manufacturer's web site?
A:   If the manufacturer's web site is password protected, you will need to contact the individual vendor for the username / password.

Q:   Do you have literature on the products you sell?
A:   We keep a generous amount of literature in stock. Some manufacturers are leaning toward literature in CD or Adobe PDF format - which is available from their web sites. Please feel free to use our Dealer Contact Form to inquire about product specific literature.

Q:   Does EAD have extra installation and/or user manuals?
A:   Yes. But quantity and availability change often. Please call or use our Dealer Contact Form to inquire about availabilty.

Q:   Does EAD offer seminars or training?
A:   Yes. Future training sessions will be posted on our web site. We would also like feedback from dealers regarding the products / categories you would like training. Please use our Dealer Contact Form to tell us which products interest you most.

Q:   Do you ship orders "same day"?
A:   Yes. If the product is in stock and the order is placed before 2:30pm EST, it will ship same day. Please be sure to communicate your shipping needs to your sales associate, when placing the order.

Q:   Does EAD accept equipment orders via facsimile?
A:   Yes, we gladly accept faxed orders. (Our fax number is 502-589-4190.) All faxed orders must be confirmed before shipping, however.

Q:   Will EAD drop-ship equipment?
A:   We will drop-ship from the manufacturer, unless the individual manufacturer does not offer this service. (Please speak with your sales associate before ordering, if this is a concern.)

Note: In some cases, a manufacturer will charge a drop-ship fee. This fee will be passed on to the individual dealers.

As a special service to you, we can also drop-ship products to your customer, so it appears to come directly from you.

Q:   Do you offer technical support?
A:   EAD is happy to assist with technical questions, when possible. However, we will direct you to the manufacturer's technical support department for detailed/specific questions.

Q:   Do you accept major credit cards?
A:   We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard only credit cards.

Q:   Does EAD offer COD (Cash On Delivery) shipping?
A:   Yes, we will do COD with company check or money orders. (On pre-approved accounts only.)
